We
offer a choice of up to 9 colors per design and will specify
threads to match as closely as possible your PMS color code
designations, samples, color artwork or swatches. Also, we can
create a design for your marketing idea. Designs will be stored
in our database for 2 years for reuse.
STEP 2
Upon acceptance of our quote
and confirmation of the terms of payment and shipment arrangements we
will expect you to ship your merchandise to be embroidered. We can help
you select the subject merchandise and make shipment arrangements.
Your order will be processed and a pre-production sample provided
expeditiously. Upon approval, the subject order will be fulfilled
and shipped within 10 working days (up to 5000 units).
PDQ
will provide digitizing and embroidery services on a prepaid,
COD or direct invoice basis. Pre-approved credit is required for
direct invoicing. We will also accept VISA or MasterCard for
payment.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
INFORMATION
PDQ will ship by UPS,
FedEx or Common Carrier on a collect, prepaid or
directly invoiced basis. Drop shipment is available at
$10.00 per drop after the first, full case lot being
required. For split shipments, individual mailings,
palletizing and freight claims, please contact a PDQ
representative by telephone or email.
Orders are returned to
customers in the packaging supplied unless specified
otherwise. Packaging is UPS and Parcel Post approved.
Folding and bagging services are available.

drawn sketches and designs, preprinted material,
camera-ready art are digitized to achieve a
perfect match when embroidered.
Fair
priced embroidery is made on goods provided by
customers, or blank goods ordered from a wide

embroidery is not identical to the approved
pre-production sample, the order will be redone
at no charge...no

Cancellation
Policy
Any
cancelled order will be invoiced for the work
completed up to the time of cancellation.
